arden software package provides specificity control for read alignments using an artificial reference, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install arden
arden is installed in your system.
Make ensure the arden package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep arden *
You will get with arden package name, version, architecture and description in a table
